Solution-Focused Therapy is a forward-looking, resource-oriented, and practical approach to therapy. It’s built on the belief that each person already has inner strengths that can help create meaningful change. The focus is on what works — and how to build more of it.
While we can explore difficult or even traumatic experiences when needed, we don’t stay stuck in them. Instead, we move fairly quickly toward clarity, insight, and concrete steps in the direction you hope to go.

Our therapy is aimed at individuals, and I work with both young people (starting from age 12) and adults. In sessions, I may use visual tools such as a flip chart, images, or diagrams to clarify the process and help organize thoughts in a new way.
