To help you get started, I offer a free introductory session with no obligation to continue. This meeting gives you a chance to get to know me as your coach, experience my approach, and share what’s currently on your mind. We’ll talk through your situation, and I’ll walk you through how I work, so you can decide whether coaching feels like the right path for you.

What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a forward-looking, impactful process where we explore where you want to go—whether your goals are personal, emotional, or concrete. You might want to feel better, gain clarity, or reach a meaningful milestone in your life. I support my clients in navigating everyday challenges, finding balance between work and free time, expanding their thinking, and untangling messy relationship dynamics.
I have also lead many clients to discover new career paths, increase their earnings, clarify their boundaries and values, and to take steps toward long‑held aspirations.
My approach is grounded in research-based cognitive methods. Coaching with me is always goal-oriented and moves at your pace, and we track progress together. I draw on the T.E.A.R. (Thought–Emotion–Action–Result) framework in transformational coaching, as well as dialogical and narrative techniques, relaxation methods, and eye-movement therapy.

Coaching Pricing
I usually recommend committing to at least six sessions, as this allows us to create meaningful insights and turn those insights into real-life changes. In coaching, understanding and aha moments are important — but integrating those into your everyday life is where transformation truly happens. As your coaching partner, I am fully committed to working in your best interest throughout the process.
To help you get started, I offer a free introductory session with no obligation to continue. During this meeting, you can get to know me and my coaching style. We will talk through your current situation, and I’ll share how I work so you can decide whether coaching feels right for you.
