Hi, I'm Julia
The magic of solution-focused therapy lies in its ability to offer clients a practical tool to shift their mindset from problem-oriented thinking toward desired change. At the heart of this approach is the idea that, if the client wishes, we can explore traumatic experiences — but we move rather quickly toward concrete steps and meaningful progress in the preferred direction.
At best, my sessions feel like inspiring conversations where a person’s own vision of themselves and their ideal life begins to take shape. I understand that each of us carries a unique story. My role is to listen to that story — to identify strengths as well as challenges — and walk alongside the client using solution-focused methods.
I’ve had the privilege of witnessing profound life changes in my clients. That’s why I deeply believe in the power of solution-focused therapy and its potential to create real, lasting transformation.
As a therapist, I am empathetic, genuine, present — and occasionally bring in a touch of humor when it feels right.
What do I have in common with my clients?
I’ve lived a colorful life with its own highs and lows. Through my personal experiences, I’ve learned to recognize people’s inner strengths. Well-being is largely built on acceptance and on aligning one’s life direction with their dreams and values.
You are welcome to come to my practice to explore your direction, clarify your dreams, process trauma, or discover how to move forward. The moments of shared insight and “aha” realizations with clients are truly the heart of this work for me — and it’s an honor if I can support someone in improving their quality of life.
What do I hope for in the collaboration between me and my clients?
I hope our work together is based on trust, openness, and the courage to look at life both as it is and as it could be. I believe therapy works best when the client feels genuinely seen and heard.
My aim is to create a space where you can be fully yourself — even in the midst of uncertainty or struggle. I hope you feel safe bringing whatever is true for you at that moment — be it challenges, questions, hopes, or dreams.
Therapy isn’t just about talking — it’s a shared journey, where insights, small actions, and moments of clarity guide us forward. I walk beside my clients, offering support and encouragement, while also gently challenging them toward growth and change. I often use a flipchart in sessions to visually clarify thoughts and processes — which many clients find helpful.
I work with the following topics:
Trauma
Depression
Burnout
Life transitions
Goal setting
Clarifying direction
Dream exploration
Workplace or school bullying
Addictions
Social withdrawal
Loneliness
I work with individuals aged 12 and up.
A bit more about me
I originally trained as an interior architect and spent ten years living in the United States — exploring both the East and West Coasts. I worked as an interior architect in New York City, but over time, my deep interest in people and the human mind grew stronger. That calling eventually led me to study therapy and shift my career path.
Today, I work as a therapist, but I continue to draw on my visual and creative skills. In sessions, I use visual tools such as drawings, diagrams, or creative methods to support insight and help clarify thoughts. I’ve found that visual elements can open up new perspectives — especially when words are hard to find.
